This is for Cantonese speakers living outside of Asia (U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, etc.) who want to speak Mandarin but have struggled with traditional methods.
If you speak or understand even a little Cantonese and want a faster, more natural way to learn Mandarin, this is for you.
Do I need to be fluent in Cantonese?
No. You don’t need perfect Cantonese, and you don’t need to read or write Chinese. As long as you can understand or speak some Cantonese, you already have a foundation we can build on.
What if my Cantonese is really bad?
That’s totally fine. Hundreds of my students, including me, could barely speak before implementing the Canto to Mando method.
Now, because the lessons are designed to build Mandarin directly on top of Cantonese, we all learned to form real sentences and speak with confidence without memorizing vocab lists or drilling grammar rules.
